Flamiche, a savoury tart made with leeks, is a popular local dish and is celebrated every September with a flamiche festival in nearby Dinant. Other regional specialities include venison, Ardennes pâté, smoked ham and salade liégoise (a warm dish of green beans, potatoes and bacon).
